Dining Review: Manila Creamery
We were craving for dessert so of course it was the perfect time to try out the gelato Manila Creamery offers!
We had regular single scoops of Tablea Lava Cake and Blueberry Cheesecake.
For the Tablea Lava Cake, I have to say, it’s really, really good! I’m not much of a sweet tooth but I don’t mind indulging in something like this from time to time. The sweetness was just right; hindi nakakaumay. And the cake bits worked really well in adding texture to the gelato.

The Blueberry Cheesecake was a hit with my little sister and my dad. I guess it’s an acquired taste since I didn’t really like it. Not to say that it was bad, after all, I haven’t even finished half of the Tablea Lava Cake when I noticed that the cup of the Blueberry Cheesecake gelato was already empty!

It’s a bit more expensive than Chiara’s Gelato, however. For 120 pesos in Chiara’s you can have three scoops, but here in Manila Creamery, two scoops cost 180 pesos (and that’s just the regular gelato; it’s 220 pesos for the premium one).
