Dining Review: Bawooboy Grill

The restaurant’s colorful neon sign along BF Parañaque is definitely eye-catching. Bawooboy – a word play between Baboy (Tagalog) and Woo (Korean) that offers unlimited meat for as low as ₱399.

Their meat was fresh, and I liked that they also served sausages to give your palette a break from all the pork and beef. 

Not to mention they have tasty selections of banchan: lettuce, spring onions, sliced onions, fish cakes, kimchi, fluffy egg, eggplant, and ramyeon for soup.

What I liked the most is that the place has wide interiors. It’s very spacious unlike those cramped samgyup restos that I have been to. We even had our own booth which gave us a bit of privacy.

Spacious Interior - this is great for big groups!

Service is outstanding – you don’t have to wave to their crew to have things refilled. They are very mindful if plates are empty, and would even offer a refill even if you haven’t asked for any yet. They worked hard and mind you, they do not have any service charge. Talk about being pro-active!

Andami nila mag-refill!

I had a wonderful experience here. From the excellent service, high quality food, good ambience, and value for money, Bawooboy did not disappoint. The usual problem (which is normal lang naman ito sa bf…hay) is the parking availability. But still, give this place a try – your tummy will be glad!
